We are looking for a suitable individual to fill the position of Front Office Administrator on full time basis at a Medium sized clinic in Nairobi.
The person will receive all customer requests at front office as well as assist in record maintenance and scheduling.

He/she must accomplish tasks with particular emphasis on good customer service and seek to add value to the clinic’s management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcomes visitors in person or on telephone, answering or referring all inquiries
- Ensuring office operational excellence through flawless management of diary, office services and office information
- Manage the reception area
- Collecting cash or credit payments from clients for services offered
- Manage and avail customer records for reference prior to or after appointments
- Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letter, etc)
