The County Public Service Board of Isiolo wishes to recruit competent and qualified professionals to fill the following positions as per the Constitution of Kenya 2010 under Article 176 (first schedule) and sections 44, 46 & 47 of the County Government Act No. 17/2012.
County Payroll Manager (1 Post)
REF ICPSB/2013/11
Specific duties will include:
Will be responsible to the the County Head of Human Resource Management for Develop integrated County government payroll management system;
Monthly payroll processing;
Assisting in the preparation of the personnel budgets;
Preparing and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conducting appropriate audits to ensure integrity; and
Preparing and maintaining accurate human resource records;
Requirements for Appointment
Bachelor Degree in either Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or in a relevant equivalent
Relevant working experience of not less than five years in Payroll Management
A Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
Terms of service: Permanent
