The County Assembly Service Board of Laikipia County Assembly invites applications from suitably qualified Kenya citizens to fill the following vacant positions.
ICT Officer II

Duties and Responsibilities
Provision of centralized data processing services for services of County Assembly.
Coordination of computerization efforts in the County Assembly;
Provision of advisory services on all matters related to information technology;
Provision of training on the use of computers, relevant software packages and development of customized applications; and installation
Configuration of local Area network and Wide Area Network
Developing and updating application systems
Carrying out systems analysis, design and program specification in liaison with users
Overseeing the process of configuration of new Information Communication Technology equipment
Supervising and compiling overall systems documentations
Drawing up hardware specification for Information Communication Technology equipment
Verification, validation and certification of Information Communication Technology.
Requirements for Appointment
A Bachelor degree in computer science/ information systems or its equivalent from a recognized University;
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
Good administration, organization, and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
